Wild West Screensaver

The Wild West Screensaver is a simple screensaver that displays images of the typical wild west. The screensaver includes images displaying cowboys on horses in desert landscapes and beautiful sunsets. The screensaver also shows a bar that slides vertically and horizontally over the included images highlighting the colors in that part. The effect is cool and rather original, and since the screensaver lacks music and sounds, it makes it a little bit more attractive. Unfortunately, the screensaver also lacks transition effects between the images. You also won't be able to customize anything from the settings menu, because the settings menu is actually the "About" window only.
Another disadvantage is that you have to pay special attention during the installation in order to avoid installing unnecessary programs since if you are not careful enough with what you check, the screensaver you will automatically install Scenic Reflections toolbar, make Yahoo! your default search provider and set Allmyweb.com as your home page.
In short, Wild West Screensaver is a very simple screensaver which doesn't have much to offer and I'm sure there are better screensavers with this theme out there, which at least offer more customization options and variety.
